Educational activities

In this department units are presented for the continuous bachelor in four years and for discontinuous bachelor in two years. Even this department presents “Ph.D by research course” for foreign students with the collaboration of the Biomaterials and Prosthodontics Departments. undergraduate and postgraduate  students will also receive assistance for relevant courses in this section.

Research activities

The research activities of the department are aimed at improving the research skills of faculty members and students in the form of the following functions:

• Participation of the members in training courses about writing articles and research methodology
• Adjustment, registration and implementation of research projects in line with the research priorities of the department
• Preparation of scientific articles and its publication in reputable national and international journals
• Participation in national and international congresses
• Collaborate with other faculty departments and other research centers

Treatment activities

Providing prosthesis for patients by students and instructors under direct supervision of faculty members with the collaboration of the prosthodontics departments in the following sub-groups:

• Fixed Prosthesis
• Removable prosthesis
• Maxillofacial prosthesis
