According to the Public Relations Office of TUMS School of Dentistry, this joint course took place on Tuesday and Wednesday, May 11–12, 2021, featuring lectures by TUMS faculty members Dr. Mohammad Hossein Nekofar, Dr. Mohammad Bayat, Dr. Marzieh Alikhasi, and Dr. Siamak Yaghoubi, along with four professors from Kharkiv National Medical University.

Students from both universities, as well as participants from other national and international dental schools, attended the program.

The event aimed to strengthen international academic collaboration and make use of the two universities’ shared capacities for future joint activities.

The dental section of this joint virtual course was organized by the Student Committee of the International Affairs Office of the School of Dentistry (SICoDS). Other faculties also held similar programs coordinated by the Student Committee of the International Affairs Office of the School of Medicine and the USERN International Network.
