This study introduces a novel antimicrobial and regenerative hydrogel scaffold based on collagen methacrylate and chitosan methacrylate incorporated with antimicrobial peptides (LLKKK18 and Tet213). The main innovation lies in achieving effective antibacterial activity against Enterococcus faecalis while preserving the physical, mechanical, and biocompatible properties of the hydrogel. Moreover, the AMP-loaded hydrogels significantly enhanced stem cell migration, differentiation, and the expression of dentinogenic and angiogenic markers, highlighting their strong potential for pulp–dentin complex regeneration in regenerative endodontics.
