Participation of TUMS Dental Students in the USERN Congress Held in Bulgaria under the Motto “Bringing Science to Life”
The 2024 USERN Congress, held under the motto “Bringing Science to Life”, took place in Bulgaria with the participation of a team of students from the School of Dentistry, Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS).
According to Sina Press, the congress was hosted by Plovdiv Medical University, Bulgaria, in a hybrid format from November 8 to 10, 2024, and brought together distinguished scientists and young researchers from around the world. The event aimed to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experiences among scholars, provide a platform for presenting innovative achievements, and strengthen international scientific collaborations.

Ashkan Ghanouei achieved second place in the field of Translational Biological and Medical Reviews
Azin Ghanbari made a valuable contribution by presenting a poster in the field of Innovation and Novelty in Interdisciplinary Sciences
These accomplishments highlight the dedication and scientific capabilities of Iranian dental students on the international stage.
The congress also featured specialized workshops, networking sessions with top 1% scientists worldwide, and scientific panels in five major fields, offering participants exceptional opportunities for knowledge sharing and professional development.
