Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology
The Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology Group at Tehran University of Medical Sciences (TUMS) began its independent operations in 1981 and has since grown to include six organizational posts. Each semester, the group offers both practical and theoretical training to over 80 undergraduate students, as well as 6 to 9 postgraduate students.
Mission
Our mission is to train both undergraduate and postgraduate students, ensuring they meet national and global standards in knowledge, skills, and professional ethics. The department also focuses on expanding the boundaries of scientific knowledge through research while providing comprehensive diagnostic services to patients in the field of oral and maxillofacial radiology.
