Indeed, we are living in a truly unprecedented and intense situation at the moment. COVID-19 is an emerging, rapidly evolving situation and this pandemic is affecting all of our families, communities, and our ways of life and work. First and foremost, our hearts go out to anyone impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those infected with the virus, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery. We truly appreciate the selfless efforts of healthcare workers around the world who are on the front lines, working tirelessly to care for people in need.

In this situation, we are focused on the health and safety of our employees and students. We have implemented work-from-home policies to limit our employees’ exposure, and have limited, postponed and suspended our travel, gatherings and events. Regardless of how complex the situation is, we at the TUMS Directorate of International Relations are eager to foster our collaboration with our partners in any field related to Internationalization of Higher Education (IHE).
